Microsoft releases patch to fix the SecureBoot isn't configured correctly watermark after Windows 8.1 upgrade

After the recent upgrade to Windows 8.1  a watermark started appearing for many users in the desktop wallpaper saying "SecureBoot isn't configured correctly. Build 9600".
Earlier Intel and Microsoft had provided work around to fix it and now Microsoft released a patch in their download center to fix the problem.
